How does your organization determine whether a Continuous Improvement result is a realized cost saving, cost avoidance, productivity gain, capacity gain, or revenue improvement?
This benchmarking session will provide an open forum to discuss how organizations define, validate, and report the results of Continuous Improvement activities. Participants are encouraged to share the measures they use, how they work with Finance and leadership to validate results, and the challenges they face in connecting improvement activity to business performance.
Bring examples, questions, and challenges related to measuring and communicating the financial and operational impact of improvement work.
