Education

We provide a spectrum of courses ranging from Lean 101 to advanced Lean Leadership skills. Our virtual and in-person classes are designed for individuals throughout your organization to build skill and capability.

Application

Our workshops happen at the Gemba to provide a hands-on, real-world experience applying lean tools in a variety of settings.  Our site tours provide opportunities to see lean systems and processes in practice at our member companies.

Support

The true heartbeat of our consortium lies within the benchmarking network we offer to our members. This includes Special Interest Groups (SIGs) formed around timely and relevant topics, book clubs, and benchmark requests.
