To increase the opportunities for each of our members to collaborate, share, and learn from each other we are inviting you to join us at The Bench on the 22nd of each month.
The Bench is an open-forum exchange of best practices. In April, we’ll split into self-assigned groups and focus on the list of topics below.
1) 5S/6S programs – how to get started, how to sustain, easy wins, etc.
2) Employee Engagement – how you influence, how do you measure, what challenges are you facing, etc.
