This two-day event is well worth the resource commitment! Attendees will receive a half day of 5S training and then spend one and a half days in 5S kaizen activity improving an area in the Moonstruck Chocolate warehouse. Use this learn-do model to hone your 5S skills and bring training and expertise back to your company. Completion of the Introduction to Lean or equivalent Lean knowledge or exposure is a pre-requisite for this kaizen-style 5S event.
