*This pilot workshop is being held primarily for members of the Training Special Interest Group and is targeted towards trainers who are willing to provide feedback for A-dec’s new Trust workshop.
Description:
Trust is the foundation for any successful highly productive team. Many organizations don’t invest time in trust-building and assume that teams are figuring it out on their own. The results can be dwindling productivity, high turnover, and low morale.
We will spend several hours doing team-building activities in an effort to be seen and known by each other and build a foundation of trust.
Outcome: Create a high-trust environment in a short period of time. Gather feedback from experienced trainers.
Date: August 7, 2023
Time: 11:00am – 4:00pm (lunch included – $10 donation suggested)
Location: A-dec Campus in Newberg, OR (details will be provided to registrants)
Who: NWHPEC trainers, and members who are open to giving feedback
Facilitated by: Maryanne Stebbins (Organizational Development, A-dec)
Note: There will be a short pre-work assignment (<30 minutes)
