Facilitator Bio
Dr. Lynn Kelley’s career is highlighted by global executive leadership roles in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement at two Fortune 200 companies. She is a member of the board of directors for several businesses and is a senior advisor to BBH Capital Partners.
She has had extensive international exposure, including expat assignments in France and South Africa, with extended responsibilities in Australia, Switzerland, and Germany. While a professor, she taught annually at the Shanghai Institute of International Finance.
Kelley holds a PhD in evaluation and research and taught undergraduate and graduate statistics courses, with postdoctoral roles at the US Census Bureau and the American Society of Engineering Education Research Fellowship. Before becoming a professor, she was executive vice president and chief operating officer of a community hospital.
