NWHPEC Members,
A-dec is offering NWHPEC members five individual seats in their upcoming Lean Leadership training class. In this training A-dec will cover some basic Lean principles, talk about a Leaders role in making change happen, and do hands on training with Value Steam Mapping. Prior to the class, participants are required to obtain and read the book The Goal by Eliyahu M. Goldratt or The Phoenix Project and answer the attached study questions (bring completed study questions to the first day of class). If the attendee has a primarily administrative role, reading The Phoenix Project is a good choice. No prerequisite learning is required. The detailed class agenda is attached for your review.
