Keynote: Leading with Grit & Grace – April 28th

With a lot of determination, resilience, and persistence (Grit) while leading with empathy and compassion (Grace), you will accomplish goals you thought were unattainable. In all that you do, remember to make things better.

Join us as we listen to Ashleigh share stories of what she learned through this experience and how she continuously strives to improve her organization through the development of those within her span of care. In this interview-style keynote, Ashleigh will share:

• Moving from a traditional command and control organizational culture by asking curious questions
• The benefits of being a servant leader
• Focusing on one major goal and allowing employees to identify actions to take to support it
o Onex’ s2022 Wildly Important Goal: Customer Experience (Internal and External)
• Using the Coach approach as a countermeasure to the great resignation
• Are your vision, mission, and core values inspiring your team?

We will have the opportunity to engage in discussion with her through Q&A.
