To increase the opportunities for each of our members to collaborate, share, and learn from each other we are inviting you to join us at The Bench on the 22nd of each month.
The Bench is an open-forum exchange of best practices. In February, we’ll split into self-assigned groups and focus on the list of topics below.
1) CI Metrics & How Lean Teams are organized You bring the questions and challenges; the group will offer advice and share lessons learned.
2) Supervisor/Leadership Development Skills What are your needs/requirements for training? Help shape NWHPEC leadership training in the upcoming year to fit your needs/demands.
