November Benchmarking Discussion: Tariff recovery
Join us online at The Bench for engaging roundtable discussions where members can connect, collaborate, learn, and share best practices. We will dive into a specific topic each time we gather.
November’s benchmarking session will provide an open forum to discuss how organizations are navigating the practical steps of tariff recovery. Participants are encouraged to share how they are identifying potential recovery opportunities, gathering and organizing the required documentation including: ACE entries, tracking numbers and orders, working with brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, UPS, FedEx, Finance, and legal or trade-compliance teams, and validating the value of recoveries.
Bring examples, questions, and challenges related to recovering tariff costs. We will explore the resources organizations are using, common barriers that slow or prevent recovery, and the biggest breakthroughs participants have seen in improving their processes and results.
