Are you curious about what a Lean Culture looks like and how you create one? Do you want to hear more about the challenges organizations face as they try to change the culture? Do you want to learn about successful tips for creating and influencing a Lean Culture?
There is a lot of context behind the two words: Lean Culture. It may also come with a bit of a stigma. In our summer Member 2 Member (M2M) sharing event, you’ll be able to hear six individuals from various roles in multiple organizations share their perspectives and experiences around the topic of Lean Culture. What have they seen? What have they experienced? What are their successes and failures? You’ll hear some bite-sized ideas that you’ll be able to reflect and act on.
In addition to the informal presentations, we’ll also have time for networking. Following the presentations, we’ll go into breakout rooms to discuss questions, ideas, what resonated, what makes sense, and what we’re still wondering about.
This will be a chance to listen, learn, and speak while also getting to know each other. Invite your co-workers.
