Webinar: Creating a Lean Product & Process Development Ecosystem – July 12th

Pella Corporation started on a lean manufacturing journey in 1993, transforming into a world-class manufacturing organization. Recognizing that the development cycle locks-in much of the quality, delivery and cost potential of the product, over the last decade Pella has built a Lean Product and Process Development system that is delivering exceptional results and building culture. The Lean Enterprise Institute has been a key partner in coaching and supporting Pella in building a successful LPPD ecosystem. Come learn about key steps in a lean transformation journey and how to navigate the wins and struggles along the way.

With your engagement in this learning session, you will be able to:

  • Understand why lean process and product development create organizational value.
  • Learn key LPPD social and technical tools that enable success.
  • Understand and learn how to navigate through the struggles of building LPPD capability.
