Do you feel like you’re being pulled in multiple directions by everything clamoring for your attention? Are you ready to learn a process for escaping the chaos? Join us in this interactive session to find out how Sam Morgan uses his experience of exploring, refining and discovering his own purpose to help find daily focus. He will share the positive impact this has made in his own life by reflecting on his journey over the past year. In this NWHPEC member-led webinar with a workshop spin, Sam will lead you on a journey of creating a daily practice that involves picturing your purpose, aligning your intention, taking small daily actions, and reflecting on the process. Spend this hour with us learning about the power of purpose and intention, collaborating with others in small breakouts to refine your own purpose statement, and meet people that will help support and encourage you as you pursue your purpose.

Presenter: Sam Morgan discovered Lean four years ago through a company-wide deployment at The Standard, where he has worked for over seven years. Since then, Sam dove in headfirst with passion and curiosity; engaging in the Continuous Improvement community at his office, in his community, and online. Inspired by Katie Anderson, Karyn Ross, and his fellow K2C2 cohort friends, Sam started his daily #90SecondPurpose vlog in May of last year and posted a video every day for a year where he explored and eventually found his purpose.
