Vision: The Emerald Valley High Performance Enterprise Consortium represents a cross-section of
Lane County businesses interested in sharing and disseminating information on best
practices in lean and high-performance processes.
Mission: The EV-HPEC is a learning network where like-minded companies and individuals share
best practices, benchmark success, and network with one another. Activities include
structured learning tours, training classes, speakers, and special interest groups.

High Desert Enterprise Consortium (HiDEC)

Supports: Central Oregon Region – Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties
Vision: A community of independent manufacturing businesses committed to helping each other
continually strengthen their competitive position against the world’s best, while
maintaining a high level of corporate responsibility to the communities of Central
Oregon.
Mission: HiDEC is an organization dedicated to providing access to quality training, continuing
education and a creative forum for sharing ideas to assist Central Oregon enterprises
in achieving world-class performance.

Mid-Willamette High Performance Consortium (MWHPC)

Supports: Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties
Mission: To ensure all Mid-Willamette manufacturers are high performing, profitable, and
thriving in the global economy through the following objectives:- Provide a forum for collaboration and learning among members- Provide resources to companies for training and growth- Help members set continuous improvement benchmarks and provide guidance- Share information through a growing network of membersWith the goal of increasing the capacity of companies currently involved in high
performance activities and increasing the number of companies actively using high

Oregon Biosciences Association High Performance Consortium (OBA HPC)

Supports: Bioscience Industry Statewide
Mission: To provide information, training, and support for companies pursuing a higher standard
of performance through the implementation of lean activities. Our member companies
are indeed a unique segment of Oregon’s manufacturing industry, in that they must
balance their lean enterprise efforts with the stringent regulatory oversight of
the FDA. Our consortium provides a platform for information exchange and benchmarking
that is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the bioscience industry.
