*This pilot workshop is being held primarily for members of the Training Special Interest Group and is targeted towards trainers who are willing to provide feedback for A-dec's new Trust workshop. Description: Trust is the foundation for any successful highly productive team. Many organizations don’t invest time in trust-building and assume that teams are figuring it out on their own. The results can be dwindling productivity, high turnover, and low morale. We will spend several hours doing team-building activities in an effort to be seen and known by each other and build a foundation of trust.
